What I will be doing

I will be working closely with others in efforts to aid the underprivileged and undereducated children of the area and one of the things I will be doing is to be teaching children the skills of reading, writing and basic maths in one of many schools local to Kathmandu valley.

The ‘Prayas’ centre was set up in 2007 as part of the charity,  to improve the welfare of  street children of the local area who have fallen victim to drug addiction.

Fundraising

This is an important issue and I aim to raise a total of £1400 for the charity, most of which will go towards paying for living necessities such as beds, food and education for the underprivileged children of Nepal.

Supporting the ‘Prayas’  centre is where the majority of the money raised will go.
